P90X Nutrition Plan: Fast Food Fast Options
It was about a year since I introduced the P90, and I only blog on the P90X Nutrition Plan!My diet has always been a problem for me.It is really difficult when you are always delicious (no power), surrounded, Mexico and Puerto Rico food!Also, I often fast food on a regular basis because of my busy schedule.
So now I’m going fast P90X Blog “Settings”.P90X Nutrition Guide contains tons of detailed information on how your diet for 90 days from the date of their intensive approach.What I like their options quickly as they have quick meals that can cook on the original list.They also recommend a set of practices frozen foods, such as kitchens Amy, Cedarlane Natural Foods, as well as the usual (obviously) the choice, as healthy choices, LEAN CUISINE, etc.
But what I found very useful, their fast smart!P90X said that you should not be a fast food more than once a day and only a few times a week.Even for those of you familiar with the three phases of P90X has a number of guidelines.In all three phases must be avoided with bandages still rich in fat on salads!During the first phase of a Fat Shredder you can eat chicken, turkey or beef without bread or bread.In phase 2, energy booster, you can eat chicken, turkey or beef and half a Rolls or bread.And finally, Phase 3 Endurance Maximizer, you can eat chicken, turkey or beef with all the rolls.P90X nutrition plan has some limitations, the number of calories, fat and sodium, you should eat every meal in your diet based on.(The book explains how to calculate your diet.)
Here are some choices from fast food P90X nutrition plan.Note (Some food options are obsolete, so I put an alternative in brackets. Please, some of these alternatives more calories, fat, carbohydrates and proteins or more).

how can i be more otaku?
i love videogames,computers,anime,manga but i only own like 14 manga(there are not complete) and a few anime games(ive got a lot of videogames but a few are anime).my mom doesent like anime or manga she berely wants me to watch them because anime is not really popular here in Puerto Rico i know a few people who watches them and they are all emo/rockers. i cannot buy stuff because i`m 14 i dont have a job i have to ask my mom. i would love to collect anime figures and put posters on my room.ive got a lot of anime series(i did not buy them i downloaded them and put them on a dvd r disc)
P.S. my mom thinks its all a waste of money
Being an Otaku doesn’t necessarily mean you have to buy anime-related things. It just means you like it, and you seem to, despite not having the money for the items. There are plenty of ways to still be an otaku without spending a lot, such as watching anime on TV or online instead of buying the whole series. As for manga, I don’t own a lot either, since I usually get it from the library, which you can do if your library has a manga section, or just read it online. If you want to collect figures, you should tell your mom around Christmastime or your birthday (tell her it’s not a waste of money if you’re into it, and most other things teens your age would ask for are pretty much wastes too). For posters, some places sell them pretty cheap, or else you can make some yourself, like drawing them if you’re good, or printing pics off the computer. And there’s not really a certain “type” of people that watch anime like those rocker guys, there’s just not enough people who know about it. You can tell some of your friends who seem like they’d be interested about anime, they might like it too. Good luck, fellow otaku!
